At this time, Virtue Fence Company is only servicing the repair needs of our existing customers.
The process for our customers to create a service request is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Provide your contact information and details about your fence’s damaged area or missing pieces. This, along with pictures/videos will help us understand your servicing needs. Please make sure your pictures are all inclusive with up-close photos of specific problem areas (i.e. latches, hinges).
- Let us know what you would like to see happen. It could be from inquiring if the work is covered under warranty or wanting pricing and delivery options on a specific part, to requesting an estimate for us to come out and do the repairs.
- Please allow us 3 business days to collect and research the information and someone will contact you regarding your service request.
